Home Staging is an important component of the home selling process.  Accent Home Staging is pleased to announce our new "Seller Assistance Program" 

 

  • Seller Assistance Program -- Walk-thru visit                                $100

                   Providing advice on a walk-thru of the property detailing what areas

                   to concentrate on as well as provide basic arrangement suggestions.

 

  • Seller Assistance Program -- Basic Service                                  $375

                   Focusing on the top 3 priority areas as determined by walk-thru.  Clean,

                   and de-clutter those 3 rooms along with setting up.  Suggestions are

                   given for the remaining areas of the house.

 

  • Seller Assistance Program -- Premium Service                             $550

                   Focusing on the top 3 priority areas as determined by walk-thru.  Clean,

                   and de-clutter those 3 rooms along with setting up.  Provide cleaning &

                   de-cluttering for an additional 2 rooms.

 

The seller assistance program services DO NOT INCLUDE any packing materials such as boxes or bubble wrap.  Those items are available for separate purchase if desired.

 

Accent Home Staging does not pack or clean any Jewelry, Antiques or Precious family heirlooms.  We ask that the Sellers take care of those items for their own personal safety.

Recipe of the month

 

 

"Mediterranean Pasta w/tomatoes & argula"

 

Serves 4 

Prep time:  10 minutes          Total time:   25 minutes.

 

12 oz whole-wheat penne pasta                             2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 cup chopped shallots                                         1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved

1 jar (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts                   1/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved

      drained and quartered

1/2 tsp salt                                                                  1/4 tsp pepper

4 cups baby arugula                                                  1/2 cup crumbled ricotta salata or feta

 

1.  Bring a 5 to 6 qt. pot of salted water to a boil.  Add pasta & cook as package directs, removing and reserving 3/4 cup pasta cooking water. Drain.

 

2.  Meanwhile, heat oil in a 12 in. nonstick skillet.  Add shallots and cook 5 minutes.  Add tomatoes; toss until soft, about 1 minute.

 

3.  Remove pan from heat.  Add artichoke hearts, olives, salt & pepper to skillet; toss.  Stir in drained pasta, arugula and reserved pasta water; toss.  Sprinkle servings with ricotta salata.
