SOME QUICK TIPS TO HELP YOU PREPARE YOUR HOUSE TO SELL:

• Clear away the clutter!!
• Put away all of your personal photos, diplomas, etc.
• Keep kitchen sink clear of dirty dishes.
• Put fresh towels in the bathrooms.  White is a good, neutral choice.
• Freshen up a room wtih a new coat of paint.  Keep it neutral.  Not too flashy!
• Update old lighting fixtures with newer ones.
• Start packing!  It will have to be done eventually.  Start with all non-essential items and seasonal clothing.
